Our Services

1.Standard job description with advert for up to 28 days – £100 + £15 VAT (where applicable)

Job description submitted by recruiter will be advertised on LCF FirstMove and London College of Fashion (LCF) intranet. Interested applicants can then respond directly to recruiter. Advert will remain active for up to 1 month or on notice of recruiters wish to remove at any point.

2.Full database search and access to ten CVs for up to 28 days – £200 + £30 VAT (where applicable)

Recruiter will be given access to the most closely matched CVs to their criteria and are then permitted to select the top 20 for contact. LCF FirstMove will then generate email notifications to the chosen graduates which highlight the job opportunity and recruiters contact details

3.Graduate officer to search and select CVs – £350 + £52.50 VAT (where applicable)

Recruiter submits job description. A graduate recruitment officer then personally searches the LCF graduate database for CVs that are most relevant to a single job offer. The most suitable CVs are sent to recruiter, normally within two to three working days.

4.Graduate officer to contact graduates and arrange interviews – £450 + £67.50 VAT (where applicable)

This service includes all of service 3. Once recruiter has selected applicants for interview, a graduate recruitment officer will contact the applicants individually and arrange interviews for them. The recruiter will be given exclusive use of an interview room at the LCF on a weekday morning or afternoon, subject to availability. Recruiter will be given exclusive use of a meeting room for up to a full day, to include basic administrative/hospitality services.

Any unpaid work/internship or placement that is advertised on the LCF FirstMove jobs board will be removed immediately by the FBRS team and non-refundable, in line with the National Minimum Wage Act. This states that all graduates are entitled to at least the general minimum wage of £5.80 per hour.
